 Los Angeles Center of Religious Science (LACRS) was incorporated in 1989 and is affiliated with Religious Science International, an organization of 126 churches all over the world. Dr. David J. Walker is its founding pastor. We are a Science of Mind Learning Center; therefore, we are a teaching organization. What do we teach? Life Principles which, when used constructively, create a happier, healthier experience of life. This Principle can be used by anyone, and many have proven its reliability. Our wonderful Sunday services and weekday Science of Mind classes provide ongoing instruction and inspiration. We have a League of Practitioners that anyone can consult for assistance in securing greater good.

So, you're stating a New Year with a lot of other people.
People in various citires around the world, face various challenges. Of course the same is true from country to country.
But there is one thing all people everywhere face. THE NEED FOR SELF APPROVAL.
It's amazing how we withhold approving of ourselves til another day. "I'll be o.k. when ......
But the secret to life is to realize that it is only when we approve of ourselves in this moment that we can proceed into a new day, or a new year with power and passion.
Why is it so hard to feel good ? We seem to hold past mistakes against oursslves. So, we've made a few or even a lot of mistakes in 2008 . . . so what !
It's time to move on. What was . . . was. What is . . . is. And what is. . . is the essence of Life in each of us, urging us to let go of the past and embrace the future.
Enter 2009, arms open, mind open, heart open . . . ready to experience a greater quality of living than ever before.
You are ok ! Know it. Feel it. And experiernce it right now.
